VALUE STATEMENTS
- Customer satisfaction,
- Responsiveness,
- Excellence in our service,
- Innovation,
- Provision of quality,
- and valuing employees
In planning, setting priorities, and carrying out every aspect of its mission, CUZ is guided by these six interdependent commitments which are common traces in our current four faculties.
NOTABLE MILESTONES
CUZ’s short history is a classic study of courage, commitment towards people’s welfare, and steel-like determination to accomplish the goals that we have set for ourselves. The CUZ Board and other investors took the risk to invest in Zambia for the benefit of Zambians in a most trying economic environment and at a time when the global economy was receding. They have marched forward with their mission and braved the economic recession. This is the sort of commitment to Zambia’s future that must inspire millions of Zambians.

The minimum qualification for all lecturers is a master’s degree in the respective field. Over 10 at PhD level, some at professor and senior lecturer level.
However, there are a few exceptions for professional qualifications where this may not apply and is substituted with experience and seniority in the profession.
